Q. How do I make a deposit?
  • Click the red “Cashier” button in the DuckPoker lobby. Then follow these easy steps:
    1. Click the “Deposit” button at the top right of the Cashier
    2. Click the preferred deposit method (i.e. Skrill, Neteller, Visa, MasterCard, etc…)
    3. Follow the on screen instructions.
    4. Enter the deposit amount in the “Amount” box.
    5. Click on “Submit” once to complete your transaction.

Q. I made a mistake, how do I cancel my deposit?
A. If you have inadvertently deposited an incorrect amount, please contact cashier@duckpoker.com immediately with your request for review and consideration. Please note: We may not be able to cancel your deposit if it has already been processed.


Q. My credit / debit card deposit was rejected but my account was still charged. What do I do?
A. This is common when the deposit amount is being temporarily held by your bank or card issuer and pending approval. Contact your bank or card issuer directly to confirm their authorization hold policy and procedure for failed internet gaming transactions.

If the transaction(s) appears on your official statement or remains as a debit in your online banking report (if applicable) for more than 10 business days from the date of the declined transaction, please contact cashier@duckpoker.com


Q. Why is my credit card being declined? What can I do about it?
A. There could be various reasons why your credit card deposit has been declined. First, we recommend you to retry with a lower amount. Also some banks have policies prohibiting charges to online gaming websites. You may want to contact your bank regarding their policy on the matter.


Q. What deposit options do I have?

A. We accept Credit Card deposits from most countries. We also accept ewallets such as Skrill and NETELLER. To see your available deposit options, please visit the Cashier. You will see a list of the deposit options available to you. We are constantly integrating new payment methods so please check in regularly.


Q. What are my deposit limits?

A. Deposit limits are defined as the maximum amount you may deposit to your DuckPoker account within a specified time frame. You may view your deposit limits at any time by visiting the Cashier.


Q. Can I restrict my deposit limits?

A. Yes, you may restrict your own weekly real money deposit limits. To request restricted deposit limits, simply email cashier@duckpoker.com and state your preferred weekly deposit limit. Once lowered, deposit limits can not be increased for 7 days. You can, however, request additional reductions at any time.

A. If you’d like to increase your deposit limits, please email us at cashier@duckpoker.com with your request.


Q. How do I request a withdrawal/cash out?

A. Click the red “Cashier” button in the DuckPoker Lobby and the Cashier window will appear on your screen. Click the red Withdraw button at the top right of the Cashier.


Q. What are my cash out options?

A. Cash out options vary according to your country of residence. For more information about each of your cash out options, please check your Cashier. Some restrictions may apply as per our cash out policies.


Q. What are my cash out limits?
A. The minimum withdrawal amount varies by payment method, and can be viewed in the Cashier when selecting the payment method in question.


Q. How frequently can I cash out my funds?

A. Players may only have one pending (i.e. requested but not processed) withdrawal per payment method at any one time. Depending on the method used, cashout requests are limited per 24 hour period. Limits are displayed on the right hand side of the screen when selecting your cashout options. Also, in order to protect against collusion and fraud, a 48-hour delay is imposed on cashing out after a recent deposit.  Please allow 48 hours from the last deposit before requesting a cash out.


Q. How long will it take to process my withdrawal/cash out?

A. All cash out requests are processed within 48-72 hours after Proof of ID, Proof of Address, Payment Processor verification and withdrawal requirements for bonuses and freeroll winnings have been met. Accounts may be put on hold during the verification process of a player's first withdrawal request.

In some instances, withdrawal/cash out requests may be subject to additional verification checks which may take up to 5-7 working days. Additionally, it may also be necessary to withhold player winnings until the completion of game play or fraud reviews, which are routinely carried out in order to ensure the integrity of our games and to comply with legal requirements.

Please note that, due to bank processing times, withdrawals can take 5-10 working days to reach your account.


Q. I have not received my cash out, what should I do?

A. Please make sure you have allowed enough time for your cash out to appear on your statement as per above suggested time frames. If you withdrawal is not received after this time has elapsed, please contact cashier@duckpoker.com. Please provide any relevant account history or statements which indicate that the cash out was not received and we will gladly assist you.


Q. Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

A. The minimum withdrawal amount varies by payment method and can be viewed in the Cashier when selecting the appropriate payment method.


Q. Can I increase my withdrawal limits?

A. No, withdrawal limits for each payment method cannot be changed.


Q. What happens if the system crashes in the middle of a game?

A. In the unlikely event that Duck Poker experiences a server crash which prevents completion of a hand, the hands in progress at every table (tournaments and cash games) will be restored by rolling back these hands as if they had not happened. The hands and chip counts will be restored to what was dealt previous to the crash. Should a tournament need to be cancelled, players will receive funds based upon chip counts at the time of the crash.


Q. Is my money safe with DuckPoker?

A. In accordance with best industry practice, players’ funds are held in segregated accounts by a prominent European bank.

Should any dispute or situation arise, all decisions made by DuckPoker management are final.
